2 Bedroom House in Warner Robins

Pool is OPEN! Renovated Townhouse with Private Backyard and Private in-ground pool! This property has free wifi, free parking for up to 2 cars. The first floor features an oversized living room with fireplace and 60" television w/ Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, cute dining room, a half bath with attached laundry room with washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use, and a bright open sun room with a fold out sofa bed.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a low profile king bed and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV and there is also a baby pack and play available for guest use inside the master closet.
We love the outdoor space right outside the french doors where you can swim in the beautiful pool with 12 foot surrounding fence for ultimate privacy!
**Please Note**
-Pool will reopen May 1st. Please note we can't control crazy Georgia weather so pool water may still be cold or weather may not be warm enough to swim.
-There is a child lock chain on the back french doors if you have little ones you are worried about wandering out to the pool unsupervised. They can't get out the back door without an adult to open it with the chain on. Swim at your own risk.
**Notable House Rules**
-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! This is a townhouse community so neighbors are very close with one actually attached to the property with a shared wall so noise must be kept to acceptable levels.
-No Swimming after 10pm
-Quiet hours are 10pm-8am so please be respectful of the neighbors
-Pool will close in the middle of October

Summary: I had friends visiting from out of town so I booked this cute town house for a stress free chill weekend. The pool was amazing! The host had great communication and the description of the property doesn’t give it justice. The home was beautiful and made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for letting us enjoy a sweet escape for the weekend!

Summary: Overall, our stay was mostly comfortable. The beds were fantastic and we had what we needed for our trip. I wish the listing had been more accurate. There are a few repairs that would make this home really sparkle. There is some evidence of water damage on the ceiling and a bit of a mildew smell upon entering the property. The photos of the property really highlight the best qualities and leave out any items that need attention. The floor grate in the bathroom is rusted and was a concern for me since it was on the floor right where you would step to get towels or turn on the shower. The towel rack was not attached to the wall. The back fence is leaning and needs some additional support. It’s been raining a lot and I imagine whoever is treating the pool had to add a lot of chemicals to counter the rain. Our kids enjoyed it but we could only swim for about an hour before our eyes were burning really bad. I would recommend letting your guests know if you had to shock the pool before their arrival or add additional chemicals to counter the weather. We could have been prepared with goggles. The back yard does not look like the photos. The neighborhood wasn’t really that quiet as described in the listing.

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the eucalyptus house! Beautiful color taste and decor! We loved the sunny patio, sun room, pool and most of all the eucalyptus tree! There was a nice supply of clean towels and comfortable beds. Thank you Cheryl for your kindness and generosity!

Summary: This aesthetic place place is tucked away right in town. The eucalyptus tree and pool are wonderful, we had our breakfasts outside on the deck and soaked up the sun in our private little oasis. The only downside is not the place it selves but the neighbor, who is very particular about noise since her house is attached.

Summary: This property is just as listed. Cheryl is doing an excellent job in keeping it beautiful. My family enjoyed the fabulous pool. The location is perfect. It's close to restaurants, museums, and easy access to I-75. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house doesn't look like much on the outside but the inside is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from stores. Contact the property manager before heading to check in if you didn't receive your code prior. We had to stand outside for almost an hour waiting to receive the code to enter the property after repeated phone calls because she didn't answer right away. If you plan on cooking bring some pots and bowls.
